A musical fairy tale, starring the voices of Alan Cumming, Maya Rudolph, Evan Rachel Wood, and many more talented celebrities, comes to theaters on January 23, 2015. Strange Magic is Lucasfilm’s first movie released under parent company Disney that doesn’t involve the Force or any familiar characters from the galaxy far, far away.

Written by George Lucas himself and inspired by “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” the animated film will be released by Touchstone Pictures and feature “a colorful cast of goblins, elves, fairies and imps and their hilarious misadventures sparked by the battle over a powerful potion.”
