Concept art of the Fifth Brother was created for Star Wars: The Force Awakens!

The Official Star Wars Rebels Facebook page shared this piece of Star Wars: The Force Awakens concept art that was discarded but inspired the Fifth Brother:

Contrary to popular belief, this has absolutely nothing to do with Undercover Brother:

In all seriousness, the concept art is really cool and I don’t think the character on the show lives up to it. I’m hoping I will have changed my mind next week or as we get further into the series. But he just seemed kind of derpy, slow, and dull on the show whereas the Seventh Sister was extremely cool. It doesn’t matter to me if he was supposed to be that way. These are Inquisitors. They hunt Jedi. They shouldn’t be buffoons.

Last year’s Grand Inquisitor was really scary and cool. The Seventh Sister has gadgets and a cool voice. She feels deadly to me. For me, right now, I’m liking 2/3 of the Inquisitors on the show and that isn’t too bad. These cats are following Darth Vader in show order and he needs to take it up to 11.

It is time to step it up and live up to the concept art above, Fifth Brother!

I wonder when Undercover Brother is going to get a Criterion release?
