Micheal B. Jordan Did Audition for Star Wars VII

Micheal B. Jordan confirms he’s gone up for a role in Star Wars Episode VII via The Huffington Post:

Jordan in Red Tails for Lucasfilm.

Finally, there’s “Star Wars: Episode 7,” to be directed by J.J. Abrams. Jordan, who met George Lucas through “Red Tails,” says he auditioned for an unspecified part but didn’t wield a lightsaber.

“I mean, everybody’s going in on this project. They’re trying to figure out what they want,” he said. “That’s another incredible franchise. It’s pretty crazy! … We’ll see how it happens. I don’t know how I can do everything.”

This pretty much echoes the statements from Ronan that everyone is up for a role in this film.

It appears that while Latino Review had some questionable rumors which we had shot down a while ago, they were dead on about who was trying out for roles. Nice work.
