The Kessel Toy Run – A Star Wars Charity event for kids in need

Thinking about how to give back this holiday season? Our friend Brandon has put together a really cool toy drive to brighten up the holidays for children spending them in the hospital. If there’s anything I know about the Star Wars community, it is that we never pass up an opportunity to do good for those in need.

The “Kessel Toy Run” is accepting donations of new, unopened Star Wars toys purchased directly through Amazon or mailed to the address below. Don’t forget the little ones as these gifts will be for children ages 1-12!

Consider sharing your favorite new Star Wars toy with a child in need this holiday season! Send the little ones a Forces of Destiny Sabine Wren they can play with while watching Star Wars Rebels season 4, a Darth Tater to pull apart and put together again a hundred times during long nights, or a soft plush talking BB-8. The choice is yours what to send, but don’t pass up the opportunity to put a smile on some worthy little faces.

After you make a donation, tweet your selection to @MakingStarWars and @brandomanriquez or share it on Facebook and tag MakingStarWars.
