Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 2 trailer! With a ton of screenshots!

Finally!

The trailer for the second season of The Mandalorian is finally here. It seemed like it would never arrive this time out but here it is. It’s pretty rad! I am more than pleased with it.

Watch the trailer from StarWars.com’s YouTube page:

We also get the directors confirmed in total in the description of the video:

The new season of The Mandalorian starts streaming Friday, October 30, only on Disney+. The Mandalorian and the Child continue their journey, facing enemies and rallying allies as they make their way through a dangerous galaxy in the tumultuous era after the collapse of the Galactic Empire. “The Mandalorian” stars Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Carl Weathers and Giancarlo Esposito. Directors for the new season include Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Bryce Dallas Howard, Rick Famuyiwa, Carl Weathers, Peyton Reed and Robert Rodriguez. Showrunner Jon Favreau serves as executive producer along with Dave Filoni, Kathleen Kennedy and Colin Wilson, with Karen Gilchrist serving as co-executive producer.

When the Mongolian Throat Singing began, I almost thought Ted from Bill and Ted was going to come in with a trumpet solo. But I think I’ve been watching too much Bill and Ted Face the Music.

I really liked the Gamorean’s fighting in the ring. They’re a bit more fit than the ones we saw in Jabba’s guard. These ones are little more fighting ready and not just thugs in the same way we saw in Return of the Jedi. In the first season, some of the fighting asides were the cool moments.

I took extensive screenshots so it’s easier to look at each frame. I also made sure to take a few zoomed-in screenshots because I’m sure a lot of questions will pop up as to if that’s Ahsoka (it’s Sasha Banks from WWE), Luke Skywalker’s X-wing, and so on. Is Mando taking the child to The Fortress of Solitude?  Is that graffiti tied into Sabine showing up?
